The best is yet to come!  A small speck in all great creation! 2nd Tim 1:7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline! I read this verse twice in a span of less than half an hour and I wasn't even looking at the bible! I was looking through some of my messy-ness and found a card that someone who used to be one of my greatest friends wrote for me. It had this verse written on it. I came online and went to Carissa's blog and saw the same verse. I believe God is trying to speak to me. :) I have not exactly shared about what I've learnt the past weekend on my blog. There is so much I've learnt. :) I've shared some of this with a couple of my dear friends already. As much as I know there are people out there reading my blog who might not believe in God and Christianity, I will share this with you all anyway! :D God has been telling me to surrender. Surrender my problems. Surrender my life. I've been holding on to LIFE itself. It's like God's telling me to take a break and just let Him take the wheel of my life. It's not easy, but it is most amazing. I've been holding on to this hope, and God has told me to surrender: give it to Him, never hoping it back, and never trying to take it back. I'll admit, at times I might have wanted to try and take it back, at times I hold the hope to give myself that comfort. I realised that I've done all this because I've never seen the picture. GOD WILL GIVE ME THE BEST. And He'll only take it away because it isn't the best! I'm just so thankful because God has been awesome to me. He's let me see how it could be so much better. Life really IS meaningless without Him. I pray that I'll be open and brave enough to do what God calls me to. :) SHOUT-OUTS! Priscilla Tan! Press on and study hard!
